Bamboo Café French Home Cooking will serve New Orleans-inspired Cajun dishes during the week of February 23 to celebrate Mardi Gras. Cajun dishes will be available on the early dining three-course fixed menu served daily from 5- 6pm for $21.50 per person and additionally featured as special menu items all week long. On Fat Tuesday, February 24, Richard Ries will be entertaining with piano music and Bamboo Café will offer party favors.
