Hundreds of Prom Dresses were donated for last weekend’s event and due to popular demand Prom Aide Fashion Fest will be held for one more day on May 2nd from 10 am – 12 noon.

Located in the Collection at Vanderbilt Shopping Center in North Naples, crowds were ready on April 25th for a chance to receive a new or gently used prom dress at NO CHARGE. They lined up last week starting at 9:15 and didn’t stop until 2:00. People were steady all day, and with the amount of volunteers from last week’s event the coordinators of Prom Fest decided to hold it for an additional weekend to allow those who didn’t have an opportunity to make it to last weeks event come out this week. The formal dresses in all sizes have all been donated by individuals and are available for one more day at no charge, to those in need of a prom dress for this year’s prom.

The event is taking place this Saturday May 2nd from 10 am until noon and is located at the NW corner of Airport Pulling and Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples, behind CVS Pharmacy. Dresses as well as shoes can be tried on in suite number 150 in the Collection at Vanderbilt Shopping Center. The Naples City Improv Players will be performing at Six Degrees Exhibitions on Friday May 1st, at 7pm.Join the NCI Players as they perform a series of hilarious, fast-paced unscripted games that will keep you rolling in your seats. Sit back and enjoy or participate by offering your suggestions as this family friendly troupe knocks your socks off!Be sure not to miss the fun! This is entertainment you can be part of! The bar opens at 6:00pm, and the show starts at 7:00pm. After the improv show there will be live music.

Live Music with the WholeTones - Saturday, May 2nd @ 7pm

Come check out the WholeTones at Six Degrees Exhibitions on Saturday May 2nd, at 7pm. The WholeTones play a mix of folk, blues, country, and rock to create their very own unique style and sound of music. In addition to guitar, bass, and drums, they incorporate cello and banjo into their acoustic jams. Along with their original music, they throw in some great covers while playing live and should not be missed. The bar opens at 6pm, and the music will start around 7pm.

Those who will attend the Anthony Kearns concert at Naples Big Cypress Market Place on May 1st. at 7pm will enjoy not one, but two very talented gentlemen. Patrick Healy has traveled the world as Pianist for Anthony Kearns has been a huge star in his younger days in Irish Radio and at the BBC in England. Though born in Ireland, he lived most of his life in England, thus possessing a very polished and sophisticated accent. He is greatly loved by the fans who often refer to these famous gentlemen as the Dynamic Duo. When not traveling the world with Anthony Kearns, Patrick can sometimes be found as a pianist on a cruise ship or giving lectures on Gilbert and Sullivan.
