FL Panther Meeting Next Thursday - Free to Attend & Open to the Public!

The Friends of the Florida Panther Refuge will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday, January 29 at the Norris Center Auditorium in downtown Naples. Three very remarkable guests will participate in the program: South Florida historian and publisher Cesar Becerra; photographer and biologist Larry Richardson; and Ranger, also known as UCFP87 (uncollared Florida panther 87), the newest ambassador of the Friends organization. This free family event will help attendees learn to contribute directly to the conservation movement in SWFL. Teachers, students, parents, and future Friends of the Florida Panther refuge will be inspired by the stories shared during this meeting.

Location: Cambier Park’s Norris Center, at 655 SW 8th St. in Naples. Although the meeting is open to the public, reservations are required and can be made by calling (239) 353-8442, ext 239 or emailing Events@floridapanther.org. Doors open at 6:15pm for check-in and the meeting starts at 7pm and is expected to last less than two hours. Refreshments will be served. Learn how YOU can help this beautiful and endangered animal!
