BRIO Tuscan Grille at The Waterside Shops is upping the ante on its popular weekend Bellini Brunch concept, offering special brunch dining opportunities on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10. Already a hit at other BRIO locations nationwide, the Tuscany-influenced Bellini Brunch, offered Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-3om, serves up a heaping helping of Tuscany-influenced items for those who view the weekends as much anticipated time to rest, relax and treat themselves.

Among the menu standouts are specialties such as Frittata Al Forno, prepared in the traditional style, with layers of eggs, angle hair pasta, crisp bacon, onions, spinach, artichoke and Fontina cheese, Eggs Benedictano, a twist on the familiar classic, with BRIO’s interpretation served on toasted brioche, and Tuscan French Toast, a delectable presentation featuring fresh berries, Mascarpone cheese, warm Maple syrup and a complementary side serving of bacon.

Broadening the menu… and also sure to keep patrons lingering are the Cinnamon Apple Pancakes, Crab Crepes, Grilled Salmon and Sweet Potato Hash, and two Beef Tenderloin dishes reinterpreted for brunch dining. Luscious libations complement the expansive culinary offerings, among them the classic Italian BRIO Bellini and Mama’s Mimosa, served with Moletto Prosecco and fresh-squeezed orange juice.
